I keep my house clean and expect any roommate to do the same. I have a big yard and if you enjoy gardening even better as i have 2 big vegetable gardens and can always use a hand. I expect a roommate to pick up after themselves and basic cleaning like keeping their bathroom clean, sweep and vacuum when needed. I do this all myself but with more people needs to happen a little more often as is expected. I do have indoor cats. So need to be mindful when opening doors and such.
