Nourriture
• Les gens sont invités, mais sans obligation, à prendre le repas du souper ensemble, lorsqu’ils sont disponibles, afin de favoriser la rencontre et l’échange.
• Sauf en cas d’absence, chaque personne fait le souper pour la maisonnée une fois par semaine seule ou en équipe de deux. Chaque personne choisit quand, dans la semaine, elle souhaite préparer le souper en inscrivant son nom sur un tableau.
• Les restes des soupers communs peuvent être consommés lors des dîners et soupers non communs (ce qui est très pratique!).
• Les repas cuisinés en commun sont végétariens ou végétaliens. Pour les autres repas, la viande est aussi la bienvenue.
• Nous avons fait une liste d’aliments que nous achetons en communs (ex : riz, légumes, légumineuses, lait végétal, huiles) ou individuellement (ex : viande, produits laitiers, chips, collations).
• Nous avons un fichier Excel permettant d’entrer nos dépenses communes pour la nourriture et de calculer le montant payé par chacun selon le nombre de jours présent dans le mois.
• Il y a un frigo commun, un frigo individuel et un frigo de réserve. On ne manque pas d’frigos!
• Chacun à son coin de garde-manger où il peut mettre sa nourriture personnelle.
Ménage
• Nous avons instauré un tableau des tâches.
• Chaque personne y met 3 tâches par mois et elles peuvent changer d’un mois à l’autre (environ 3 heures par mois).
• D’autres tâches ne sont pas assignées spécifiquement (courrier, poubelles, etc.) et elles sont réalisées naturellement selon la disponibilité de chacun.
• L’organisation des tâches et des repas permet la simplicité, la flexibilité, l’efficacité, l’individualité, l’autonomie, la motivation.
Chambres
• Chacun a sa propre chambre.
• Les chambres sont de taille modérée. Espace pour un lit, commodes, bureau de travail, chaise. À toi de la personnaliser!
• Possibilité de la prendre meublée ou vide.
• Les chambres n’ont pas de garde-robe. Nous avons fait un walk-in commun efficace pour le rangement des vêtements qui peut être utilisé en plus des espaces de rangement de chaque chambre.
• Il y a 2 pièces qui servent de bureau de travail, qui peuvent être utilisées en individuel ou en co-working.
Rangement
• La maison est déjà meublée. Il reste quand même de la place pour quelques meubles dans les espaces communs et du rangement au sous-sol, mais idéalement on ne peut déménager un logement complet.
Stationnement
• Il y a de l’espace de stationnement pour toutes les voitures. (9 espaces)
Internet
• Illimité, 1000 MB/seconde
• Parfait pour les télétravailleur(se)s
• 15,95$/ personne
Loyer
• 550$/mois lorsque l’on est 8 habitants, tout inclus sauf Internet. Lorsque nous sommes 9 habitants, le montant à payer descend. Il pourrait arriver que l’on soit moins de 8 habitants, ce qui ferait augmenter le montant de loyer payé par chaque personne. Cependant, cela n’est pas arrivé depuis longtemps et un montant d’argent dans un compte commun est prévu pour absorber les coûts de l’éventualité d’une diminution d’habitants à la maison.
• Nous avons une entente pour que chacun se sente libre de partir à tout moment, qui consiste à déposer, dès l’arrivée, un dépôt supplémentaire de 650$. Dans l’éventualité d’un départ, il est demandé d’aviser 2 mois avant la date de départ. Si aucun remplaçant n’a été trouvé, le dépôt sera utilisé pour payer le mois suivant, si la personne doit quitter avant les 2 mois de préavis.Non-négociables
