Me and my current roommate Autumn are upper-year Trent students looking for another roommate to fill an empty bedroom starting May 1st, 2024. The unit is a 8 minute drive and 15-20 minute bus ride to and from the Trent University campus. There are bus stops that are about a 4 minute walk from the house.
Rent will be $800 a month inclusive (utilities and heat), except for Wifi that will be an additional $40 monthly. We have a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. There is room for 1 more car to park.
