This is a beautifully cozy semi furnished home (built in and free standing bedroom cabinets) with hand cut cedar trim throughout, all sourced locally if that matters to you. The fully detached house has a lot of character just like the person who customized it and lived here for the past 10 years. Recently the owner was swept away to near by Terrace by a lovely woman, so now you get the opportunity to bask in the warm glo left behind.
This home is cat and dog friendly unless your dogs are crazy lol, parking friendly, sunlight friendly and I'm sure you'll find even more.
