I am a Commissioner of Oaths appointed under the Commissioners for Taking Affidavits Act to administer oaths and take affidavits, declarations and affirmations within New Brunswick.
If required, I am mobile and will come to you anywhere in Greater Moncton. A service fee would apply outside of the Greater Moncton arrea.
Evening and weekend appointments can be made.
Usually the document will indicate whether it can be signed by a Commissioner of Oaths. Such documents could include statutory declarations, affidavits for divorce filings, some documents for pension and RRSP withdrawal applications, consent letters for children travelling abroad or documents for insurance purposes.
My fee is $25 per document with additional documents at $15 per document. There would be a additional surcharge if I travel. This cheaper and as convenient as on line services.
