Hello there I am going to be making large homemade lasagnas , they can easily feed a family of up to 5 people , and a single person can get a few meals out of it . It’s homemade red sauce with ground beef , onions , salt , pepper and garlic , it’s about 4-6 layers high depending on pan . They are then topped with a 3 cheese shredded cheese and top it off with Parmesan cheese . $35 ea they are gonna ready and cooked . Just need to heat and serve . We are offering sides of beef or mixed quarters ( front and hind ) of our home grown Angus at $6.90 lb dressed weight ( hanging weight) This price includes cutting, wrapping and freezing of the beef.
Our cattle are antibiotic and hormone FREE, grass fed and finished on corn we grow ourselves.
Cattle are Government Inspected and processed locally. Customers choose the types of cuts and thickness of steaks and size of roasts . ........... etc............
Beef is aged 21 days.
Soup and or dog bones are included.
A side of beef could weigh 350 lbs to 450 lbs ( give or take )
