I have a small mill and can work with you to saw up some logs.
.It’s not a production mill, so I don’t do hundreds of board feet, but milling for live edge, mantels…beams, things like that.
The pictures are of ash and maple that I milled.
If you need a slab milled, I’d do that in exchange for some nice big spruce, hemlock or pine log. I’m really in need for some 12” to 20” x 13’ logs.
I can mill upwards of 30”, depending on the log. 20” is pretty comfortable. 10” to 15” are good.
It’s a chainsaw mill, so you will end up with nice surfaces and accurate dimensions.
The Kerf is 1/4” and boards are cut in quarters.
I’m in the Porter Lake area.
Not looking to get rich, just a hobby that I enjoy and would like to walk away with some slabs or lumber for projects…or some cash of course to help cover costs.

I have a natural understanding of a dog's needs and love to take the time to find out all of their unique quirks. During your dog's stay, they will enjoy a serene stay next to Lawrencetown Beach and the Salt Marsh Trail, a choice of afternoon runs, hikes, beach walks and/or parks, and each day will end in as much love and snuggles as they will allow!
I offer in-home boarding for $50/night for dogs over 1 year old, who are house trained and are well socialized with other dogs. I have a 9 year old gentle and quiet Shiba Inu who loves to welcome new friends.
I also offer house or farm sitting for $65/night in your home, if you require care for multiple pets. Rates may vary depending on the number of pets and care involved. I am experienced caring for dogs, cats, birds, horses, donkeys, sheep, chickens and other farm animals.
