A major advantage is if you are having difficulty with something you can go back on the course as many times as you want. The Spanish Language School is offering Evening Spanish Classes for Adults.
Classes run once a week from 7:00 to 9:00 pm, for Twelve Weeks.
Classes for Beginners are offered on Tuesday or Thursday. The student has to choose only one day.
This Level is In-Person (Space is limited for 9 students only)
Intermediate group in person on Tuesdays from 6:00 to 8:00 and 7:00 to 9:00 pm.
Intermediate level one, via Zoom on Thursdays from 7:00 to 9;00 pm
Advanced Levels are also being offered via Zoom. Monday or Wednesday, from 7:00 to 9:00 pm

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT, or tapping) is a cognitive-somatic method that quickly reduces trauma and stress, yet at the same time encourages calm and clarity. It can be considered acupressure for emotions.
Negative patterns that hold uncomfortable thoughts, memories or feelings can shift by using the fingers to tap, press or hold specific acupuncture points.
This well-researched, evidence based modality can be done with a practitioner, on another person, and on oneself as a self-help technique. It integrates well with other methods and is empowering for clients.
EFT has been used for pain, weight issues, performance improvement, stress, PTSD, acute anxiety and many other issues. For health care practitioners it can be a useful, discrete tool to use on themselves between client visits.
In this workshop, you will learn both silent tapping and speaking tapping.
