Competion Scottish Wool Kilt and Vest made by Deanna Loy. The kilt's leather waist straps adjust 4 notches and it has 4 1/2 " hem/growth pleats. This Kilt is like new, as my daughter did not like to travel.

Vest: W= 16" Chest Area . L = 18" .
