We’re Hiring – Experienced Lead Carpenter
Bras d’Or Builders is looking to add an experienced carpenter to our team—someone who is comfortable taking the lead on a jobsite and managing a small crew.
We’re looking for someone who can set the pace, keep the job moving, and take pride in making sure the work is done right.
Our projects include both new builds and renovations, so we need someone with well-rounded experience—from framing right through to finish work.
Pay ranges from $35–$50/hour, depending on experience and the level of responsibility you can take on. We believe good people should be rewarded, and there is room for pay to grow with the success and performance of the team.
We’re based in Boularderie, but our work takes us throughout Cape Breton.
