A 3 bedroom bungalow may be coming up for sale shortly and I am checking to see if there is any interest. It is near Port Hawkesbury, Cape Breton. NS. This property is in a small subdivision centrally located and has a fenced in backyard and municipal sewer and water. It definitely needs work (fixer upper) flooring drywall work, painting and a kitchen update. Unfinished basement, forced hot air oil furnace. It would be a good starter home but needs money invested in it for the repairs. Windows are fine but needs new front door. Paved shared driveway. Most homes available right now in PH are approximately $250,000. THIS property will be asking roughly $120,000. Again I am seeing if there is any interest; perhaps someone wishing to return “back home” or relocating.
