Fully Furnished SHARING Room for Rent in Sydney. Ideal for CBU/NSCC Students or those on Work Permit.
Five CBU/NSCC students are currently renting rooms in the house, and they are quiet and respectful. This space is for one male only as the other side is a male CBU student.
This room is fully furnished and move-in ready — just bring your suitcase.
It also includes all linens (mattress, blanket, pillow, bedsheets, pillowcases, and duvet cover).
$425 per month (all utilities included).
Minimum 4 months (May 1 to August), with option for longer-term rental. (Shorter terms may be negotiated)
Furnished room near CBU in a clean and quiet 2-storey house located on Sidella Drive in Sydney which includes double bed, wardrobe, shared dresser with mirror and double desk.
Bus stop on corner to downtown or 3 minute walk to bus for CBU/ Glace Bay / New Waterford. 20 minutes to CBU by bus or 11 minutes by car.
Less than 3 minute walk to No Frills, Giant Tiger, NSLC, McDonald’s, Tim Hortons, Subway. Walmart, Canadian Tire and Mayflower Mall all within walking distance.
The house is clean, and well-maintained. The room is located on the main floor. Shared areas include a kitchen, dining area as well as one full bath (on second floor) and a half bath (on main floor).
