Park View room for rent for Student

I prefer a mature international student. Renting 1 room for $600 and another for $500. CBU and/or CBCC Students preferred. I am trying to pay my electric bill and need someone to contribute. I am not looking for profit. I am just trying to pay the utilities so that I can stay in my home. I am very sick with cancer and many other medical problems. Lots of privacy. My high-tech home is huge with 32 rooms, 2 1/2 kitchens, 5 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a greenhouse. It is always bright and sunny with 44 windows and 3 skylights. The front door is computerized, USB connections throughout the house and high speed internet with relays for a strong signal everywhere. The bathrooms all have bidets (self cleaning-no toilet paper) and multi-spray showers with surround shower, waterfall, rainstorm and hand held; also, bathtubs with a sliding glass door. Every bedroom has a LED TV, bed, desk, bureau and lamp. The laundry room has a top of the line fire engine red programmable washer and dryer. Mood lighting everywhere. All utilities are included and heating is provided by 9 heat pumps. There is paved parking on the double lot with 11 ancient tall trees, in the front with a forest of trees in the back fenced yard. There is a backyard sitting area with bonfire pit and a large barbecue and meat smoking facility. Wentworth Park is across the street with the CBU bus a 5-minute walk and the Community College is 2 minutes away. The home is private, quiet and peaceful since it is so huge. The area is safe, quiet and relaxed with all amenities 5 minutes away. The bottom floor is mine. The top floor has a kitchen, laundry, full bath and lounging area or as a shared environment.
