The brake is stuck on, and cannot be driven unless the brake is fixed. It was dragged to its current position. Was imported from Washington from a previous owner of our farm, so it can probably never be insured but it could be an asset for fire fighting on a private property. We’ve never used it. Would love it to go somewhere it could fixed up and used.
