8yr old green broke grade mare

Brownie 7/8 years old grade mare
- 14.1ish hands
- up to date on vaccines and dewormer
-just got her teeth done
- got started late - still pretty green
- Walk/Trott/Lope
- Solid feet - never had shoes on
- Good for the farrier
- Quick footed and smart
- Can swing a rope off of her
- Stands to saddle and mount
- Good ground manners
- Used to dogs, cows, tractors,..
- No buck, bolt, rear (at least since i have her)
- The owner before me used to ranch on her
- Can be a little herdbound
- Can be a little hard to catch sometimes
- super sensitive
- green broke

She just finished 30 days at a trainer to focus more on arena work as she was super impatient and also to get some more miles on her. She is fun to ride and is doing quite well now and i really like this little mare but I was looking for a steady eddy trail horse, which she is not quite yet. She needs a confident and experienced rider as she is quite sensitive. I would consider her still as green broke.
