The master bedroom is complete with queen size bedroom suite, 32 inch TV, and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom is also furnished with queen size suite and the third bedroom is furnished with bunks - double on bottom, single on top. A play pen, stroller and high chair are provided for the little one of the family. The kitchen is well equipped, complete with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, electric kettle, blender, electric mixer, and all pots, pans, baking dishes. We even provide a printer so that you can print those last minute tickets for the theme parks. Just bring your lap top. The open concept living room/dining room is complete with stereo, DVD, CD player and 48 inch TV. The dining area seats 6 easily and the kitchen is also outfitted with a nook that seats four. A great place for a midnight snack or breakfast.

Price includes pool heat in the winter and there are no extra charges for the use of BBQ's, playpens, highchairs, etc. Our weekly rate of $1450 US includes Wi-Fi & cable and pool heat. A refundable damage deposit of $200 is required. The damage deposit will be returned to you when your vacation is completed, provided the house has been left in good condition and damage free.
