Welcome to our Desert retreat… a spacious 1546 square foot, one-storey, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home nestled in the quiet, southwest corner of the famed gated community of Mission Hills in Rancho Mirage.
Mission Hills Country Club is an excellent central location – just 15 minutes to downtown Palm Springs, the airport and El Paseo, as well as restaurants, shopping, golf, hiking, biking and more.
That’s if you choose to leave the gorgeous, professionally landscaped grounds of Mission Hills with a large heated pool and spa just steps from our front door.Our renovated and upgraded end unit home is very clean and tastefully decorated. We love the open floor plan, vaulted ceilings and all the light that streams in from the many windows. The private, covered back patio off the living/dining area has a BBQ, fire table and seating area and opens onto a green belt with mature, groomed trees and the famous Dinah Shore golf course. Some say that our home has Mission Hills’ best panoramic views of the San Jacinto Mountains and we agree!
The main bedroom is huge with a king sized bed, large closet and vaulted ceilings. It features an ensuite and a den for reading, working, exercising or doing yoga.
The second bedroom has a queen sized bed, with a bathroom across the hall that also serves as the main bathroom. The view of the mountains and flowers from this bedroom is also spectacular!Our large, renovated kitchen is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs including new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar that is open to the living/dining room. Across from the kitchen is a separate laundry room with a full sized washer and dryer. There is one covered parking spot adjacent to our front door and guest parking nearby.
We are not yet ready to be in the desert as much as we would like, so we are looking for a few mature and responsible non-smoking couples who wish to rent our pet-free home for a minimum of 30 days at a time. We require a 50% deposit at the time of booking with the remaining 50% due 30 days before arrival. A refundable security deposit of 500 USD will be returned once our home is confirmed to be left in good condition. There is a departure cleaning fee of $150 USD.

Our lovely villa apartment is located in the beautiful Sea Palms Resort, which is on the seaside in Tower Isle, Jamaica. This is the perfect place to simply relax and unwind! We're close to almost all of the famous tourist attractions, yet our location a short drive east of the town of Ocho Rios is in a very peaceful, secure and serene setting - right on the sea surrounded by expansive manicured lawns, tropical plants and swaying palm trees. Our gated development has its own private white sand beach and large swimming pool, and we also have 24-hour security.
This apartment consists of two air-conditioned bedrooms with ceiling fans. The master has an ensuite bathroom, walk-in closet, wall safe, comfortable king-size bed, and a Smart TV. The second bedroom also has a comfortable queen-size bed and the bathroom is adjacent to it. There is a spacious dining area/living room with two ceiling fans, a Smart TV (with Netflix, Amazon Prime and cable), and a stereo. microwave, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker, a chopping board and dishes . It's nicely decorated. The house has a carport for one car, and a small patio under the flower tree. You can walk to Wal-Mart, plaza Galerias, la isla mall or to many restaurants and taco stands around and to the beach. La marina is close too, or if you'd like to, you can get an uber or catch the bus and go to el centro or you could walk to it. It will take about 15 min. By car. There's an OXXO just around the corner as well as several small convenience stores and parks. It is fully furnished as well as a fully equipped kitchen , gas stove with an oven and everything you need to be the greatest chef during your stay, but if you can't cook, you could just brew you a cup of coffee in the morning , sit down under the umbrella in the back patio and order Uber eats for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Haha. You'll be responsible for the electric bill, I get the water one and the propane .If you may have a furry friend, it's welcome too . The rent is $850 USD per month or the equivalent in pesos at the actual exchange rate. it includes everything I mentioned above plus any repair that has to be done to the house during your stay in case something breaks down,. I have more pictures of the house but I can only post 7 at a time. I could show you more but I'd need your email. To retain the property for your rental time, a payment of 30% of the the total rental should be made via PayPal, you don't have to have a PayPal account, I will send you a link.
