The house is a five minute walk to groceries and the bus stop. There is a storage shed and also off street parking. Female tenant only; student preferred or female working professional. The house is shared with three other mature, responsible and tidy female students and we are looking for someone with similar qualities. . The room is available for one person only; no couples, no sharing.
