Within the quiet and secure Sea Garden, accommodation type is a one bedroom master suite, includes a king bed, bathroom with tub, shower and sink, kitchenette with small fridge and stove, coffee maker, toaster and blender, glasses and mugs, utensils, dinnerware and cookware. There are two TVs (including many US and Canadian channels), ceiling fans, air conditioning and a safe. Two couches with trundle beds and linens provide sleeping for an additional four people, or 6 in total. Depending on availability, the room can either be ocean or mountain view (pictures provided for both views). There is daily in-room housekeeping service and a central laundry area.

$1,200/week (Canadian currency). There is also a nominal – ~$25 Cdn/week – local hotel tax charged by the resort at the end of your stay. This works out to $175 Cdn/day.

A beautiful, modern condo with security and gated parking, 200 meters from the beach and 200 meters from 5th Avenue, Playa's main drag. Located in the north, quieter part of Playa del Carmen. Master bedroom has a king size bed while the 2nd bedroom could be set up as a king or 2 twin beds.
2nd bedroom also has a small folding couch for children up to 10-years-old.
Kitchen is fully equipped while the balcony has a full size BBQ.
