Position: Estimating Project Manager As an Estimating Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. Your primary responsibilities will include performing take-offs from architectural drawings, reviewing scope specifications, ensuring accurate estimations, and managing project schedules. You will also be responsible for handling project documentation, including bid invitations, plans, purchase orders, and shop drawings. Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, consultants, suppliers, and other stakeholders will be a key aspect of your role. Qualifications: To excel in this role, the ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications: * Strong attention to detail and ability to manage conflicting priorities and deadlines effectively. * Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and outgoing personality. * Exceptional communication skills to foster successful relationships with various project stakeholders. * Experience in the steel door industry and a good understanding of construction work site sequences will be an advantage. * Proficient computer skills and a high level of organization and time-management abilities.
