We came here for the first time last winter and fell in love with the whole package
At that time we met an elderly couple who wanted to sell their deed to 10 weeks yearly
We did not purchase the 10 weeks deed with any intention of renting any part of it
But unfortunately, we are going to have to rent the entire 10 weeks of this piece of Paradise for 2021 because of our age and the risk of Covid 19
So not anticipating that we wouldn’t personally be using our 10 weeks every year, we did not put together any “ photo album “ of the complex or it’s surroundings
So the included photos of the immediate area surrounding the complex are taken from the Internet and the “ unit photos “ may not be of the exact unit that you would be renting because the unit we reserve each year will vary depending on the reservation times availability

Located at 2040 Kuhio Ave Honolulu - it’s 2 blocks to the beach, 1 block to upscale shopping, restaurants to suit any budget, no rental car needed ( although there is a designated space included onsite ) And very safe to stroll the streets after dark to experience the Hawaiian beauty
Added to your relaxation is professional 24 hr security and management assistance for onsite recreational/laundry facilities and tourism information
Completely stocked full kitchen c/w full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and microwave
The units are setup as a “home away from home”
Midweek and Friday housekeeping
Available for minimum weekly rentals from Jan.23 - Apr.3/2021

C$700 Includes maintenance and administrative fees
