Pursuant to the Order of the Applications Judge in Chambers, Court of Kings Bench of Alberta, the following property is offered for sale by tender with an asking price of $560,000.00:
Title 1:
FIRST: Plan: 6384AC, Block: 127, Lot: The northeast 30 feet of Lot Three and all of Lots Four and Five, Excepting thereout all mines and minerals;
SECONDLY: Plan: 6384AC, Block: 127, Lots: Six and Seven, excepting thereout all mines and minerals;
And Title 2:
Plan 6384AC, Block 127, Lot: One and Two and the most southwesterly twenty feet throughout of lot Three, excepting thereout all mines and minerals.

The property is located in the Town of Edson. The property is a motel known as the Totem Motel. It has 24 rooms and a manager’s suite, and is approximately 8,166 square feet. Total land area is 0.74 acres for the motel lot and 0.39 acres for the vacant lot. For further details, interested parties may refer to the Affidavit of Value and Valuator’s report filed in these proceedings which can be obtained by email as set out below.
The property is being offered as is, where is. Prospective tenderers are not entitled to inspect the property and must not disturb the occupants of the property.
Tenders in sealed envelopes referencing the Court File number 2403 24171 accompanied by your address for notification and a certified cheque or money order for 10% of the amount of the tender must be in the hands of Field LLP, #2500, 10175 101 Street NW, Edmonton, AB T5J 3G1 Attn: Robert Joseph by 12:00 noon on June 30, 2026 .
If a tender is accepted, the tenderer will be notified of the date and time when the Court will consider the tender. If a tender is accepted and the tenderer does not complete the purchase within the 30 days, then the deposit will be forfeited.
The successful tenderer shall take the mortgaged lands as is, where is, and the buyer is responsible for paying any applicable G.S.T. No warranties of any kind are made with respect to the mortgaged lands.
