Good day everyone,
My family wants to rent out our spare room as of April 2026 to a lady who is independent, whether unmarried, a widow or divorced. We are located in north Edmonton.
We are asking $700/mth, all utilities included, as well as high speed internet. She can share meals with us if she decides to. Possibility to provide trips to appointments and other outings through our family vehicle. The room is fuenished. It is the master bedroom that is for rent. Access to 1 and a half bath, living room, kitchen and dining area. Can store some items in our basement.
We are a family of four. Practicing Muslims. Our children are an 11 year old son and 10 year old daughter who have their own rooms.
