For the year still in very good condition no broken windows easy maintenance no hot water but a new water holding tank and piping some repairs have been done and roof has been re pithched no leaks good condition in and out great little cabin also has a working fridge and freezer a full thank of propane,furnace is in working condition,lights are working,3way stove working,water hookup for a hose with working tap and sink,could use a new roof vent but in working condition and no leaks covered with a poly temporarily because there are cracks in the roof vent but has been water proofed until someone gets to replace it that is the only issue very clean and ready to go and use ,brand new extension cord for the outside lights comes with a brand new toaster oven,toaster,coffee maker,no washroom but has the pail,mattresses,original 3 jack camper all in working condition many years left in this one don’t miss out…asking price is firm @ $1350 if interested call 780-906-2263 camper is on the south side and I live on the North so if interested we need to set up a meeting time!
