Looking for musicians for funk/new jazz/fusion project

I am an experienced drummer in my late 40s, recently moved to the area. Looking for musicians for an original funk/jazz fusion project, maybe with some prog rock and ethnic elements as well. The most indicative example I can think of is the stuff that John Scofield did with MMW, but I have a huge amount of other influences and ideas. I am a professional with a full time job, so not looking to become a rock star. Play for fun, practice weekly and create some serious music. Open also to playing some gigs and record as well. Absolutely no big egos, drama, etc.
