Join Me for a Mobility March - A Cross Canada Movement

Hello Halifax , Dartmouth and area,

My name is Trevor Redmond,, aka, The Fellow in Yellow.

As I prepare for a Cross Canada Run, I invite you to join me.

On Sunday, March 26 @ 11 am, I will be gathering to start a Mobility March from the Halifax Commons to the Dartmouth Commons and back.

It is to designed to promote and inspire people of all mobilities. You can join us in however you are able to travel. Walk, Wheel, Run,,,

Wear a little yellow to highlight Health, Mobility and Recovery for all.
