I arrived at his property on time as I promised at 8:30am on July 4. Texted and called him couple of times without reply, about 10 minutes later he texted me saying: hi Mike, you can start Dee weeding now… (my name is not Mike by the way.)
Then we talked over the phone and I asked to see him, at least I know whom I am working for and who is paying me. But he doesn’t want to show up and then giggling on the phone and hanged me up.
I don’t think this is professional manner and this guy doesn’t respect people at all.
This guy is absolutely Not the employer you want to work for.
