Looking for someone to take over my lease starting June 1st! The lease runs until August 31st, with the option to renew beginning September 1st.
This is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom basement apartment in an amazing location — just minutes from SMU, Dalhousie, the waterfront, and Spring Garden. Also super close to grocery store and bus routes.
You would be living with a female roommate, who has her own side of the apartment. The kitchen and living room are shared, and since there are two bathrooms, you’ll have your own.
Rent is $1200/month, all utilities included. (Internet is $38)
