Housemate wanted, June 1st, 3br in Fairview

We are 2 women in our 30s looking for someone to take over our housemate's share of the lease.

Room is large (around 12' x 10') and has a large closet.

Home is located in central Fairview & close to bus routes and ammenities. Neighbourhood is quiet & friendly.
Driveway parking available.
Washer/Dryer.
Large kitchen with a dishwasher.
Yard space and deck space in front and back of the house.
Common areas are fully furnished.
Some storage options available.
Rent is $915/mo and includes electricity, internet is $23/mo, and we pay for oil heat/hot water. (Oil has averaged us $200 each per delivery, with 5 deliveries a year) .
No dogs, but other pets may be ok (we have 2 cats).
Smoking okay outside.
LGBTQIA+ friendly (we are both part of the community)
Female housemate prefered, but open to other genders if its the right fit.

We are both tidy, considerate, and reliable housemates who have lived together for 4 years. Our other long term housemate is moving to be closer to family, so we are looking to fill her spot. We have quiet lifestyles and enjoy things like crafting, gardening, reading, cooking, baking, and spending time with our cats. We tend to do our own things a lot of the time but enjoy being able to chat from time to time and colaborate on household tasks and projects.
