The room includes a private half-bath, while the kitchen (in which you will get your own cupboard shelf and fridge shelf), full bathroom, and living room will be shared among you and three other people.
The room will also include all furniture such as double bedframe + mattress, desk with drawers, desk chair and lamp, dresser, mirror, and night stand. I'll be taking photographs down of course but if you like any of my wall decor, I can leave it up! There is also a fish tank with a betta fish. If you'd be interested in keeping his company and caring for him over the summer, that's a bonus, but if not, no worries! I'll find him a different babysitter. If either of these things interest you, let me know in your message, otherwise I'll assume the opposite!
The house is in an excellent location, being a 15 minute walk from Dalhousie's Studley campus, a 5 minute walk to Spring Garden Road, a 10 minute walk to Atlantic Superstore or Sobeys, as well as being right on the 10 and 4 bus routes.
