With "Pigging Out All the Way" Catering Services it's easier than ever to work a pig, lamb or wild boar roast into your celebrations!
Great For: Weddings & Anniversaries, Backyard Parties, Sporting Events, Family Reunions and more.
We have 3 single roasters available to cook any size of pig, lamb or wild boar to perfection.
For added flavour, the inside of the pig, wild boar or lamb can be stuffed with a seasoned bread mixture of apricots or apples. To add to your event selection we can also provide beef roasts, deep fried chickens, turkeys, or if you like lobster, mussel, clam or corn boils (as seen in picture).
Baked potatoes always make a nice addition to any roast. We also have a choice of salads, desserts, butter and rolls to compliment the meal of your choice.
For some events, mouth watering pulled pork burgers are a great idea that we can make available to you!
Prices will be provided according to the size of the roast and the types of salads and desserts ordered. Choice of cold drinks available upon request.
To keep things fresh we provide onsite refrigeration wherever your event is taking place. For events being held where the actual roast cannot be prepared, we can provide the roasted pig on the spit in an insulated stainless steel box ready to be served.
We travel to wherever you wish to hold your event and have done many roasts all over Nova Scotia, P.E.I and New Brunswick. As you can see in the pictures we are well equipped to do the job right!
