This espresso machine came out of a Starbucks that underwent new renovation. The condition of the machine is excellent. No scratches or dents. The only thing that I have noticed in regards to the condition is the back nameplate wants to pop out slightly (it's not damaged and does not come unattached, it just slightly pops out and all you have to do it push it back in place). To emphasize, this is in used condition. The manufacture date is August 2019, so it was not in use for more than a year.
