Hey folks,
Our band is currently on the hunt for a keyboard player to join us. We thought we had it sorted out but... life is always full of surprises.
This past year, we had the chance to play some shows with Richard Lloyd (Television), and we’ve got a brand new record lined up (produced by Ron Hawkins) for release early this year.
Our last record (you can hear it anywhere) was produced by Ian Blurton. Musically, we’ve been described as "drawing from alt-rock, power-pop, pop-punk, and classic rock".
According to ChatGPT (take that for what it’s worth ), people often compare us to "Gaslight Anthem, Jimmy Eat World, The Replacements, Lowest of the Low and even early Springsteen-style power rock – riffy, hooky, energetic, and with some lyrical depth." We’ll let you be the judge of that.
Our actual influences may vary.
You can go on to any music streaming site and decide for yourself.
The ideal bandmate will:
Be able to learn some existing material
Be open to bringing new ideas to the table
Be available for weekly rehearsals (West Toronto)
Be up for the occasional live show
Be available for recording sessions early next year
Be willing to chip in fairly for rehearsal, recording, and some promo costs
Most of us are based out west (Hamilton, Guelph, etc.), but our rehearsal spot is in West Toronto.
