Breakfast Cook
Description
Eggsmart Brentcliffe is hiring a Part‑Time Breakfast Cook to support our busy, high‑volume morning operation. If you enjoy working in a fast‑paced kitchen and take pride in consistent, quality cooking, we’d like to meet you.
What You’ll Do
• Breakfast line cooking — eggs, griddle items, and plated breakfasts
• Pan‑frying skills — confident egg flipping an asset
• Commercial equipment use — griddle, fryer, oven
• Knife work — prep and portioning
• Food safety — maintain sanitation and cleanliness
• Rush‑period execution — accuracy and urgency
What We’re Looking For
• At least 6–12 months experience in a kitchen (breakfast experience preferred but not required)
• Able to keep pace during busy periods
• Reliable, positive, and willing to learn
• Available for weekday + weekend shifts
• Able to work rotating shifts between 7:00am–3:00pm
• English required
• Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Driver’s license an asset
Job Details
• Location: 20 Brentcliffe Rd
• Hours: Part‑time (20–30 hours/week)
• Wage: $19–22/hr based on skill and experience
• Uniform: Shirts provided; bring your own chef pants + slip‑resistant black shoes
