Cookshack BBQ Consultant

I'm looking for a short consulting arrangement for someone who has experience with the cookshack indoor smoker. We are a bakery and just bought one. Bbq is note a core product but also want it to be of the highest quality brisket and pork. Just need 2-3 days of your time. Flexible schedule. We are in south Etobicoke. Brisket is the main need. Not looking for recipes just methodology.
