Need a few full-time helpers and service staff for an events

I work at a event center and our venue needs 2-3 full-time service staff, that can do heavy lifting, are presentable, and work with the kitchen, help with decor, smile and welcome guests, service them at buffet and dessert stations, clean, move around the setup and tables. long hour days, typically 10 hour days from 4pm to 2am, and weekends are mandatory. they are usually looking for study permit holders work permit holders that are facing a challenge and people make decent money with tips too. if anyone is interested let me know and i'll be happy to introduce them as i'll get a referral fee.
