Personal Assistant

Retired woman is looking for an Assistant/driver/co-ordinator.
This position is live-out and a permanent role.

The ideal candidate has administrative skills and is familiar with MS Office and preferably with mac operating systems or has a general good knowledge of computers.

This position has a variety of duties, including:
organizing home office , serving as driver and running errands and shopping, managing a schedule organizing personal appointments and other contract staff.

The position is Toronto-based, however, occasional travel may be required. Rate of pay to commensurate with experience.

Skills Required:
Good admin and computer competency.
Clean drivers record.
Organized and good verbal and written communication skills.

Assets:
Ability to cook or follow recipe. Some meal prep necessary,
Ability to travel .

Other: Hours will be Monday -Friday daytime very occasional Sat. or Sunday might be swapped out for a weekday.
