About the apartment: The building is a small 4 story, it is non-smoking and doesnât allow pets :( Your rent would be 1100 CAD monthly. This includes a private bedroom, private full bathroom (including bath/shower), and a private office space. The lease starts on August 1st, with the possibility of renewal. While the apartment is furnished, your room and office space would be unfurnished. There is laundry in the building.
About the area: It is on Sherbrooke Ouest in Westmount, its a safe and peaceful neighbourhood with a bunch of beautiful parks and spaces. It is about a 30 minute walk and a 15 minute bus ride from downtown Montreal. The apartment is directly on the 24 bus line, a 10 minute walk from the green metro line (atwater) and about a 15 minute walk from the orange metro line (vendome). It is a 10 minute walk away from grocery stores, hardware stores, pharmacyâs etc.
About me: I am currently a student and am bilingual, although my english is definitely better than my french. I love to spend time outside, cook/bake and watch movies with friends! Iâm also down to grab a drink and go out! Iâm looking to share the space with someone who is ideally in their 20s and is open to developing a friendship and hanging out. As well as someone who understands good communication and is respectful of private life, space, and cleanliness.
