Beautiful Merle Australian Shepherd, 2.5 years, male (neutered)

Our Australian Shepherd, River, is in excellent health. He's a loving, affectionate, and extremely cuddly family dog. He's been raised in a home with young children, another dog, and cats. His big heart loves them all. If you're looking for a pup that will greet you as though he simply cannot live another minute without you, you've found your boy!

River is a very active dog and needs both physical and mental stimulation. Due to a change in circumstances (I was a student, now work full-time and have become a single parent), I am no longer able to provide him the home he needs and deserves. River is very loyal to his people, and can be reactive with other dogs and strangers, particularly when on leash. He goes to doggy daycare and has boarded with no problems socializing with other dogs in these environments. River would thrive on a property with acreage, on a farm, or with someone who has the time to practice agility and/or go on long walks with him every day.
