Family of 3 need a place

My husband, son and I are moving from Alberta to Campbell River and Area. We are both working remote jobs and my son also has income coming in. Im from the island and just want to go back. We do have 1 medium well behaved dog as well as 3 cats. We are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bathroom place must have a ensuite, dishwasher, and laundry in the place. We are looking to pay $3000 including $2500 not including. Our animals are well behaved. We have owned our house for last 15 years and have made the choice to rent while there. Does not have to be in Campbell river.
