We are a professional couple with two active, happy and respectful boys. Our home is clean, tidy and in the desirable East Courtenay location. We are close to North Island College, Comox Valley Hospital, Costco, grocery stores, forest trails (cycling and walking) and bus route.

We have one furnished bedroom for rent with a shared full bathroom, kitchenette and living room.

Shared washer and dryer.

Kitchenette includes full sized fridge, microwave, toaster oven and 2 induction hot plates.

We have a fully fenced yard and if you enjoy gardening, there's gardening space available to you.

Non smokers/vapers and no recreational drug use.

We are looking for respectful, clean, tidy and considerate individuals.

Ideally, we are looking for long term renters but it's not a deal breaker if not.

References required.

$850 per month - includes wifi and utlities.
