Looking to rent in Humber Valley

EDIT!: After several messages asking if it’s still available, I am LOOKING for a rental, not offering it for rent.
Looking to rent a 4+ bedroom home in Humber Valley Resort or Humber Village area.
We are a family of 5 looking to return home to NL early in 2025 after 12 years in Alberta.
We have been home owners for 11 years. We would like to rent for a year or two in Humber Valley to try the area before buying.
I am a red seal carpenter (so you’ll never have to worry about maintenance!) and my wife is a registered nurse. We are family oriented and don’t smoke or party.
The photos I’ve posted are of the house we have owned for the past 11 years. As you can see from that the type of people we are and the way we keep our house!
