Barracuda Convertible
Description
Are you the John B. Smith that bought a new dark burnt orange 1970 Barracuda Gran Coupe convertible? You lived at 418 – 2nd Street West, Cornwall Ontario. You purchased it from a dealership assigned dealer code 3976. Do you know what dealership this is? It supposedly also spent time in Winnipeg. This car was then owned by a person in Melfort Saskatchewan in the mid 1980s. That person sold it to a gentleman in Nipawin Saskatchewan. That is where I acquired it from. It was a typical Barracuda and rusted in all the usual places. The drivers floor board, trunk floor, and tail panel were heavily modified prior to replacement pieces being available. It was on it's second set of fenders when I got it. Did you remove the fender mounted turn signals? The original carburetor was in a box in the trunk. Did you put it there? Did you relocate the AM radio antenna to the passenger side quarter panel? I am interested in locating the original and previous owners. I am the current owner. This car is NOT for sale.
