We are seeking an AZ Instructor to join our team in . The ideal candidate will be passionate about assisting people in achieving their long-term goals, and will provide training, motivation and support to students who are interested in earning their commercial driver's license. Candidates for this position will have a history of working with students in a professional manner, and will be capable of delivering lessons that meet the needs of each individual student while keeping safety paramount

Duties:
- Conduct classroom training sessions for new truck drivers
- Teach and explain the rules and regulations of the road
- Instruct on safe driving practices and techniques
- Provide guidance on proper vehicle maintenance and inspection procedures
- Demonstrate proper loading and unloading techniques
- Train drivers on defensive driving strategies
- Evaluate trainees' progress and provide constructive feedback
- Coordinate with management to develop training materials and curriculum updates

Experience:
- Must have a valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a truck driver
- Proven track record of safe driving and compliance with traffic laws
- Must have good communication skills.
