GENERAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR

We are looking for a General Maintenance Contractor (self employed) for a property management company located in Cornwall, ON & area. We have a variety of repairs that are required from small to large. Working knowledge of plumbing, minor electric (ex: install of light fixtures etc), flooring, painting, drywall repairs & lock changes. We will require after hour emergency availability. Reasonable Hourly Rates & ability to purchase materials (to be discussed)
