Project Manager Restoration Company

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Manager to oversee restoration projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and experience working with insurance claims and restoration processes.
• Manage restoration projects including water, fire, and mold damage.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate with clients, insurance adjusters, and internal teams.
• Ensure all work meets company standards and industry regulations.
• Conduct site inspections and provide detailed project documentation.
• Approve invoices, track costs, and maintain job profitability.
• Ensure health and safety compliance on all job sites.
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in restoration, construction, or related field
• Strong knowledge of insurance claims and estimating (Xactimate experience an asset)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and manage crews effectively.
• Valid driver’s license
• IICRC certifications (Water Damage Restoration, Fire & Smoke) considered an asset.
• Carpentry or trade background is an asset.
