Renovation Helper - Learn a Trade

I run a small renovation company (tile, drywall, framing, demo, millwork) and I’m looking for a motivated entry‑level worker who wants to learn real skills and work steady hours during upcoming projects.
I’m based in Morrisburg. If you don’t have a vehicle I can pick you up anywhere along my route to Ottawa.
No experience needed — I’ll teach the right person.
What matters is effort, attitude, and reliability.
You must:
• show up on time
• work hard
• listen and learn
• be respectful on site
• lift 50–80 lbs
• take pride in doing things right

Starting pay: $22–$25/hr, depending on effort and reliability.
Raises come quickly if you care and try.
This role starts with steady work on a major project, with the possibility of ongoing work if it’s a good fit.
