Landscaping General Laborer 18$ - 35$/hr Full Time / Part Time
Description
We are a growing landscaping team looking for reliable, hardworking individuals to join our 2026 season. We have Full-time and Part-time positions available. We are looking for reliable team players who are physically fit, able to work under outdoor conditions and have flexible schedules as end times can vary from contract to contract. Must be a reliable team player that shows up on time in the morning.
Pay Rate: 18$ – 35$/hour (Starting rate based on experience).
Requirements & Expectations:
MUST BE RELIABLE: This is our #1 requirement. We need team players that we can count on. You must show up on time in the morning and be ready to work. Early starts and late finishes on occasion to ensure we meet our project deadlines.
PHYSICALLY FIT: Must be able to work outdoors in the elements and be able to lift over 50 lbs on occasion
WORKING PHONE: You must have a working cell phone so you can be reached for schedule changes or job site locations.
FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE & DEADLINES: As with most landscaping jobs, schedules might need to be worked around the weather. This is contract work and deadlines sometimes will need to be reached. You must be able to work extended hours if needed as a team player to ensure we meet our project deadlines.
WORK BOOTS: Must have your own proper work boots to be on the job site.
EXPERIENCE: No experience is required and we are willing to train the right , but previous landscaping experience is considered a major asset. (Pay based on experience)
TRANSPORTATION: Having your own vehicle to meet us in the morning is considered an asset, but not required.
