Two rooms available, each with their own bathroom and bathtub! The living area/common space is very very big, and the kitchen is open and bright. The rooms are located on opposite sides of the apartment so there is no noise transfer from room to room. Wood floors throughout. Laundry room with storage, and tonnes of other storage in the suite as well- including a separate room about 5x8' for bikes etc. All inclusive, so all you need to bring is your bed and your clothing and you're ready to focus on work or school! The room can be furnished for an additional fee of $100/month. This would include a twin or double bed, dresser, lamp, desk, chair and new mattress.
The common space is fully open and unfurnished at this time, great for yoga or setting up a hobby zone. Make it your own! One other room is available to rent as well, so bring a friend or suggest a room-mate! Month to month is ok.
Views of the valley to the south and west offer tonnes of natural light, and the location is on the back of the building so there is no street noise! New fridge and dishwasher, microwave stove and washing machines are all in good condition. Window coverings included.
