Short term furnished 2 bdrm house rental available from Feb 1. to May 1. I may be moving back into the space in May, so a long-term roommate situation is possible.

About the space: 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 1340 sq ft home with garden, semi-enclosed yard, 3rd storage/sun room, office attached to the kitchen, garage (mostly occupied by my stuff and a gym), heat pump, and a great location between Driftwood mall and Bill Moore park. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Bedrooms can be furnished. The rooms are a decent size (roughly 13x13 and 12x12 with full closets), and the whole house gets good light. Technically a duplex but it doesn't share any walls (units joined by outdoor garden shed that's good for bike storage). Pets are negotiable, but no cats (I am allergic; sorry, no exceptions). No smoking. Rent is $1900/month and includes hydro and internet.
